Return & Exchange Policy

At Velair Supply Co, we value our customers and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale.

• Accessories (hats, socks, etc.) and gift cards cannot be returned for hygiene and policy reasons.

📦 Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or colors of the same item, based on availability.

• If the item is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued.

💵 Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (minus shipping fees).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

🔄 How to Start a Return

• Email us at Info@velairsupplyco.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide you with return instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Note: We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
